Safety First: ACP is committed to planning, controlling, and encouraging a safe jobsite.  We employ several tools to implement and oversee jobsite operations that are safety-conscious and compliant with all modern rules and regulations.  Our team is OSHA-30 (Construction Focus) certified and all of our subcontractors are required to carry OSHA-10 (minimum) certification cards which demonstrates their knowledge of construction safety.  Our focus on safety is demonstrated via:

• NFPA-241 plans and other permitting inputs
• Daily, effective safety inspections, hazard abatement, and recourse actions

Time:  Time is of the essence for any project, big or small, simple or complex.  ACP's typical process is to coordinate and educate the client on a general project schedule early in the development phase.  Our experience is utilized to construct a realistic schedule that will capture all of the important steps, criteria, and requirements to complete the project.  One established, this schedule then becomes a contract addendum for the project owner, designers, and all contractors, ensuring that are aligned.  

Capital:  At ACP, we think of money as the means and justification for any project.  If the project doesn't have the right financial characteristics then it's not worth doing.  Our goal is to provide the client with a competitive project cost estimate early in the process and then utilize our resources and value engineering to meet or beat this estimate.  Additionally, we strive to be fair and transparent with our client so we can demonstrate that every dollar spent on the project is going to realize long-term value.

Quality:  A well run project will have an effective balance of safety, schedule and cost to produce a finished product with a level of quality that meets or exceeds the client's specifications.  ACP drives quality assurance by contracting with qualified vendors and subcontractors, effective coordination and communication with professional designers, and stringent daily and weekly quality control inspections throughout the project.  The finished product (your project) is our resume and we take great pride in what we produce.
