Mark Esperti has a strong background in both project management as well as small business growth and operations.  His project management experience spans across many different types of construction including ground-up, commercial build-outs, multifamily construction & renovation, and industrial demolition and fit-ups. His small business experience includes property management, retail, and food & beverage.  Mark's small business ventures boast over $15 million in lifetime sales with continuous growth.  Mark founded Advantage Construction Partners to bring a new, lean approach to construction project development and management.  He believes in building effective teams and promoting efficient collaboration to help solve problems.  His mission is not to have all the answers all the time, but to have systems and resources that can produce quality answers in a timely manner.
